BIO

Dan Arcamone, a celebrated guitarist, composer, and educator from Norwalk, CT, brings a uniquely expressive approach to modern jazz—always beautiful, always powerful. A long-time Artist Recording Collective member, Arcamone’s performances and recordings have earned widespread critical praise for their emotional depth, harmonic sophistication, and genre-bending innovation.

Over the years, he has shared the stage and studio with a stellar roster of musicians, including Steve Pruitt, Tony Grey, John Stowell, Panagiotis Andreou, Kenny Grohowski, Sean Nowell, and Martin Bejerano, among many others.

Arcamone remains dedicated to education and composition, performing original music across Connecticut and beyond. He now focuses on teaching and recording—while still seeking to move audiences forward, inviting them to rethink what jazz guitar can be.

As a leader, Dan Arcamone has released several recordings to date: ASTRLPLNE (2025), Standards, Vol. 3 (2024), Standards, Vol. 2 (2023), Standards, Vol. 1 (2021), Psalm (2019), X (2018), Evolve (2017), In Colors (2016), In Motion (2010), and Trioisms (2008). In addition to his recordings, Arcamone has also released two exercise books (Melodic Continuity and Counterpoint Exercises on Familiar Chord Progressions) and a collection of his over-60 compositions (Dan Arcamone Songbook).
